Job Requires:

• Successful completion of one of the following:
• a training program and competency evaluation pursuant to Federal/State law;
• a competency evaluation program pursuant to Federal /State law
• a state approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program pursuant to Federal/State law and is currently listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry;
• a state licensure program pursuant to Federal/state law
• Current, active California HHA certificate DMV and criminal background check / OIG Exclusion list / National Sex Offender Registry / fingerprint card as appropriate. Current CPR, TB and health clearance 
• Completed competency skills evaluation/assessment
• Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency checklist
