We are looking for a Branch Manager of our Home Health Division in Culver City.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,000 - $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

What you will do:
Responsible for effective oversite of all internal operations of the branch
Responsible for continuous growth of the business by assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans within the managed branch
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

Who you are:
Minimum of five year of supervisory or lead operational experience in health care.
Experience in Home Health or Hospice is preferred
Ability to lead by example, direct and coordinate multiple functions.
Great business acumen, ability to grow business and promote employee satisfaction and retention
Proven track record of meeting sales/business goal targets and ability maintaining positive ROI
