We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to connect patients, healthcare providers, and our agency’s Hospice services. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted liaison in the community, helping ensure smooth transitions to care while driving growth through strong partnerships.
The annual base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $95,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. We also have uncapped commission and a $3,000 sign-on bonus!
Hospice Specialist / Sales Representative Reports to: Director of Sales
Area Covered: West Los Angeles (Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Central L.A., Los Feliz, Echo Park, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Culver City, West Boyle Heights, Marina Del Rey, Inglewood, South L.A., Huntington Park, Bell Gardens, El Segundo, Hawthorne, South Gate, Downey, Bellflower, Compton, Gardena, Lawndale, Manhattan Beach
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
Identify patient needs and coordinate appropriate home health, hospice, and caregiver services
Act as a liaison between referral sources and the agency to support seamless patient transitions
Educate healthcare professionals on agency services through meetings, presentations, and events
Participate in discharge planning and care coordination discussions
Execute territory plans, manage accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure effective service delivery and outreach
Represent the agency at networking events and community activities
What You Bring
High School Diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
2+ years of outside sales or client service experience (healthcare experience a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule
Work Environment
Field-based role with local travel, including hospitals and community settings
Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting
Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a safe driving record
