Assisted is an exciting place to be right now as we are experiencing tremendous growth!  We are hiring LVN's for our beautiful branch in Lompoc!  There are opportunities in both our Home Health and Hospice departments for Full-Time or Per-Diem.  Either schedule is flexible! 

Pay is $56 per/visit (includes non-taxable mileage reimbursement).

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Join a team that brings care home.
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable LVN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting. In this role, you’ll work closely with an RN and interdisciplinary team to support patients in the comfort of their own homes.


What You’ll Do
  • Deliver skilled nursing care following individualized care plans
  • Support the RN Case Manager with patient assessments and care coordination
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the care team
  • Educate patients and families on self-care and treatment plans
  • Perform clinical procedures within LVN scope of practice
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For
  • Current California LVN license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within the service area (valid driver’s license & insurance required)
  • Physically able to assist patients with mobility and transfers
