This positions has a set schedule and will be inside Avocet Senior Living in Playa Vista, 40 hours per week, to see our hospice patients.
The schedule is: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun from 9:30am-6:00pm with a 30 min lunch.
Pay: $23/hour

Job Requires:

• Successful completion of one of the following:
  • a training program and competency evaluation pursuant to Federal/State law;
  • a competency evaluation program pursuant to Federal /State law
• Current, active California HHA certificate DMV verifiable via https://cvl.cdph.ca.gov/SearchPage.aspx 
• Criminal background check / OIG Exclusion list / National Sex Offender Registry / fingerprint card as appropriate. Current CPR, TB and health clearance 
• Completed competency skills evaluation/assessment
• Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency checklist
