The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.00 - $29.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
What you will do:
Input and printing of treatment plans and modifications, including new starts and re-certifications.
Input patient’s information as necessary.
Runs re-certification due list, distributes to clinical staff.
Prepares and maintains information on all weekly reports pertaining to treatment plans and discharges.
Enters patient discharges into computer system.
Enters OASIS information as required by laws and regulations.
Files as requested, including filing in employee boxes of treatment plans, re-certification due lists, etc.
Xerox forms as needed.
Works overtime as needed.
Acknowledges patient rights including privacy and confidentiality.
Consistently displays a professional appearance and conduct in all settings. Customer service, including interpersonal and interagency relationships are to be positive and professional at all times.
Assumes responsibility and displays reliability for the completion of all tasks, duties, communications and actions.
Supports the mission and goals of the Agency.
Participates in performance improvement activities.
Abides by Agency policies and procedures.
Accepts other duties as assigned.
Who you are
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Two-years of data entry experience (preferred)
One year of medical, work comp or healthcare industry experience (preferred)
