Assisted Home Health is looking for a per diem Physical Therapist to cover the Santa Clarita Valley supporting our Mission Hills branch to pick up about 10-15 visits per week.

Full-time opportunity is also available but you would be expected to cover the San Fernando Valley in addition to the Santa Clarita Valley.

Who you are:

• Current, active license as a Physical Therapist  by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance
