Assisted is looking for an onsite IT Support Technician to work out of our Thousand Oaks office. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm position. No REMOTE options.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $23.00 - $27.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

What you will do:
Assist the IT Director in resolving facility issues at all branches.
Provide support to the relocation of personnel and equipment within and between branches.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
Respond to email messages for internal customers seeking help.
Walk internal customer through problem-solving processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure all issues have been resolved.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and clean up computers.
Travel as required to each of Assisted’s facilities.
Acknowledge patient rights including privacy and confidentiality.
Consistently display a professional appearance and conduct in all settings.
Interacts with internal and external customers using positive and professional approach.
Assume responsibility and display reliability for the completion of all tasks, duties, communications and actions.
Abide by Agency policies and procedures.
Accept other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
Active Directory and Exchange experience preferred.
Must have Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
Must be able to coordinate multiple functions at the same time.
Strong attention to detail required.
