IT Support Technician (onsite only)

Assisted is looking for an onsite IT Support Technician to work out of our Thousand Oaks office. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm position. No REMOTE options.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $23.00 - $27.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

What you will do:
  • Assist the IT Director in resolving facility issues at all branches.
  • Provide support to the relocation of personnel and equipment within and between branches.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Respond to email messages for internal customers seeking help.
  • Walk internal customer through problem-solving processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure all issues have been resolved.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and clean up computers.
  • Travel as required to each of Assisted’s facilities.
  • Acknowledge patient rights including privacy and confidentiality.
  • Consistently display a professional appearance and conduct in all settings. 
  • Interacts with internal and external customers using positive and professional approach.
  • Assume responsibility and display reliability for the completion of all tasks, duties, communications and actions.
  • Abide by Agency policies and procedures.
  • Accept other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
 
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Active Directory and Exchange experience preferred.
  • Must have Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple functions at the same time. 
  • Strong attention to detail required.
