Assisted is looking for a Liaison/Sales Representative for our Hospice Division to help us grow in the Phoenix West Valley.

Who you are:
At least 1 year of outside sales experience
Hospice, home health, home care, or DME experience is preferred.
Self-driven multi-tasker with outstanding customer service skills
