We are looking for 1 RN  for the West Side of Arizona to do the Sat/Sun/Mon/ ONLY. Full Time
WEST SIDE coverage - they cover the entire West Valley so Anthem to Buckeye and Wickenberg to South Phx.  Must Have Experience with Oasis Paperwork.

What you will do:
Have flexible hours and working close to home (reduce your commute!)

• Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs
• Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs

Who you are:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active license in the state of Arizona Board of Nursing, pursuant to ARS Title 32, Chapter 15 including fingerprint checks.
• Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.
