Sales Representative, Home Care

Assisted is looking for a Home Care Sales Representative for our Private Duty Division to help us grow the assigned territory.
We offer $3,000 Sign-On Bonus and uncapped bonus commission opportunity!

Who you are:
  • At least 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Hospice, home health, home care, or DME experience is preferred.
  • Self-driven independent multi-tasker with outstanding customer service skills
What you will do:
  • You will have a unique opportunity to help to grow our business and impact the bottom line!
  • You will be responsible for identifying appropriate accounts/patients through review and consultation with health care professionals to assist in securing appropriate services and follow-up support.
  • You will help to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with other professionals within the hospital, long term care facilities, physician offices, medical groups, case management offices and others in the community.
