What you will do:
  • Responsible for supporting Branch Manager in all internal/administrative operations of the branch.
  • Responsible for managing non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditations, and optimizing departmental operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and analyze relevant reports that allow the nursing department to operate efficiently and effectively. Use data-driven insights to drive improvements and optimize departmental performance.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Make data-driven decisions aligned with the executive vision for the clinical department. Carry out the executive's vision and execute strategies to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans as directed by the Branch Manager
  • Issue Reporting and Communication: Timely report issues and concerns to the executive team. Maintain effective communication channels and provide updates on the status of departmental operations.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
  • Accepts other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
  • A minimum of 3 years of lead operational experience in healthcare is REQUIRED (home health/hospice, SNF or RCFE experience is preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ability to support growth of business and promote employee satisfaction and retention. 
  • Excellent reporting skills (including Excel).
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
